Chili-Cheese Mashed Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

* 2 3/4 cups water
* 1 cup milk
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 3 cups instant mashed potato flakes
* 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
* 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese or Cheddar cheese


Method

In a large saucepan, bring the water, milk and salt to a boil. Add the butter, garlic, potato flakes and chilies; stir until thickened. Sprinkle with cheese.
